Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with first-call resolution focus
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system while meeting SLA targets
- Collaborate with weekend support team to escalate complex cases
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team meetings for performance reviews
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for mandatory weekend shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
