Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues for our SaaS platform using troubleshooting protocols
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with on-call specialists to escalate complex cases
- Contribute to weekend performance metrics including resolution rates and CSAT scores
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team training sessions
- Maintain strict compliance with data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient with CRM software and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) and multitasking capability
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
