Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts

- Process weekend orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Collaborate with weekday teams to maintain seamless service continuity
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak weekend hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Flexible schedule availability for Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
