Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer service and product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Assist with inventory management and weekend stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
- Complete daily shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
