Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash handling with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Assist customers with product selections, providing detailed information and ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, ensuring all products are organized, clean, and properly displayed.
- Collaborate with the weekend lead to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and damages according to company policy and loss prevention standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
