- Provide in-person and digital customer support during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining 99% accuracy
- Resolve product inquiries and complaints with empathetic, solution-oriented communication
- Execute inventory management and store presentation standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Document customer feedback and operational insights for process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital platforms (iPad, CRM)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments while maintaining composure
- Flexible availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Philadelphia local or reliable weekend transportation to downtown location
- High school diploma or equivalent required
