Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and exchanges.
- Answer phone inquiries and route messages to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Process customer orders and prepare products for pickup or delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operations across all shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with reliable availability.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
