Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and item location.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Organize merchandise and maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to meet daily sales targets.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
