Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, exceeding satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain organized and visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during off-peak hours
- Contribute to weekend sales initiatives and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (minimum 16 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
