Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing product displays
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for logistics support)
