Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving expertise
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Manage inventory and merchandise displays to maintain store aesthetics and organization
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal promotions during peak weekend hours
- Collaborate with weekend staff to ensure seamless store operations and coverage
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8-12 hours weekly)
