- Manage inventory and stock shelves during weekend restocking operations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store appearance and operational standards
- Execute promotional campaigns and product demonstrations during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Proven availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in high-traffic environments
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital customer service tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
