Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and mobile payment platforms
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising tasks
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards during weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Participate in weekend training sessions and product knowledge updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid work authorization for US employment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed
