Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer support during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store standards
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through product knowledge and upselling
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS technology
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (7am-7pm)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
