Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 8 AM - 6 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Maintain organized store displays and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless operations
- Support promotional campaigns and special weekend events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday weekly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks
