Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and loss prevention activities
- Support special weekend promotions and seasonal events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6am-10pm)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional inventory runs
