Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service with product knowledge and solution-oriented approaches
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment during weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through suggestive selling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10 AM-6 PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Valid CA driver's license (if required for inventory logistics)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
