Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints during weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Manage inventory and stockroom operations during low-traffic periods
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend scheduling

- Must be 18+ years old
