Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person assistance and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain store cleanliness
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and assist with inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in weekend product launches and promotional events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) with no weekday obligations
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new technologies
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Kansas City location
