Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service during weekend hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Antonio location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
