Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through in-person assistance and digital support
- Manage point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Process merchandise shipments and maintain organized stockrooms
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend staff to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in weekend inventory and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
