Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining security protocols
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising projects

- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation standards
- Support seasonal promotions and weekend event activations
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license for potential errands
