Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service across all store departments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store appearance
- Support opening/closing procedures including cash handling
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to Central Ave location
- No experience required – training provided
