Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support using internal systems
- Document interactions accurately in CRM software and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with weekend support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant company services
- Adhere to all security protocols and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient, solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and clear articulation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during peak weekend hours

- Available to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
