Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all touchpoints including in-store assistance and phone inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory restocking, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to store management
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Train new associates on weekend procedures and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
