Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all touchpoints including in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising during weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend store operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent presentation of products and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all Saturday and Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation required)
