- Resolve technical issues and process orders using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex customer concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and solutions
- Support weekend inventory management and quality assurance tasks
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Basic knowledge of retail or tech industry preferred
