- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (10 AM - 8 PM)
- Process transactions and maintain accurate POS records
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with floor team during weekend rushes
- Execute store opening/closing procedures
- Participate in weekend staff training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 10 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system proficiency
