Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions and resolve inquiries efficiently using our CRM system
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain service standards
- Update customer records and document interactions accurately
- Support inventory management and store operations during peak weekend hours
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
