Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory and restock shelves to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and store presentation
- Assist with promotional events and weekend sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
