As a key member of our weekend operations team, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process returns, exchanges, and payments accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers visiting the store.
- Cross-train on various operational tasks to support the team during peak weekend hours.
- Document customer feedback and log system issues for the technical team.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
