Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional service during peak weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain store cleanliness to ensure a professional appearance.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and price checks.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
