Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage product returns, exchanges, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth store operation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
