Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow company policies regarding loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
