Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on the weekend shift.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer accounts and track service tickets in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve weekend service protocols.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and typing (40+ wpm).
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis office.
