Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery updates.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management while attempting to resolve them independently.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotional offers to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or customer service certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or support roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
