Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and weekend operations.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Ensure the workspace is organized and ready for the weekend rush.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email).
