Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and managing returns efficiently.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
