Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our Orlando location.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked throughout the shift.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to the Orlando location.
