Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
