Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entry.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain high visual standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales goals and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional displays as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and mobile devices.
