Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on weekend support.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders and update customer account information accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless weekend operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
