Responsibilities
- Lead weekend customer service team of 4-6 associates through daily operations
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Execute promotional campaigns and in-store events
- Maintain POS system accuracy and transaction security
- Train new associates on product knowledge and service protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or customer service experience required
- Proven leadership/supervisory background preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Flexible weekend availability (no exceptions)
- Basic math proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for occasional deliveries
- High school diploma or equivalent required
