- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors during high-traffic weekend shifts.

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and targets.
- Handle inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
