Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately handle cash, credit, and digital transactions.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Process returns and exchanges courteously while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for at least 10-15 hours per week.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
