Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and product needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing.
- Handle returns and exchanges while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock during busy weekend rushes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure operational success.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures quickly.
