Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers with a smile and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Register Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stocking & Display: Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, tidy, and safe for all customers.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any minor issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than prior work history.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact well with diverse customers.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and responsible with a history of showing up on time.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and reach overhead as needed.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
