Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate cash registers and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean store appearance.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting stock shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis location.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems is a plus but not required.
