Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout area.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy and customer satisfaction standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure stock levels are sufficient and displays are appealing.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
