Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain clean, organized store displays throughout the weekend.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash handling and daily reconciliation with strict accuracy.
- Assist in organizing inventory and preparing the store for the upcoming week.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Eager to learn and willing to follow company policies and procedures.
